Beauty shop

I know a person who has a beauty shop. She has run that beauty shop for 4 years. That job makes people a little bit free. They just do some count when customers buy something. If there are no customers in the shop, she can do something she wants to do. She can meet many different countries people. She can talk with them. But she should arrange her products. It might make her a little bit tired, and she should stand more often. I think meeting people is good thing, but standing a lot is very difficult to me.

big difference

I have lived in Carbondale for 11 months. When I first came here, I just thought it was smaller than my country. Here, there is no place I can go to play. This town has many bars, but I cannot go to drink, because I am 19 years old. In my country, there are many things I can do, such as go to nightclubs, drinking, and go to some interesting bars. In my country, people can drink at 18 years old, so I can go to drinking. Here, the legal age is 21, so I just stay at home or go to my friends’ home, because I cannot buy alcohol. Carbondale is so boring. There is no place I can go to have fun in Carbondale. I think it is a big difference between Carbondale and my country.
