My impression about Carbondale

I arrived in Carbondale last year; I thought that it is a very peaceful country. People usually think about the US as having skyscrapers, crowds, and crime. However, Carbondale does not have these characteristics. Carbondale has lots of trees, lakes, and animals. The great natural beauty made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and peaceful. I always enjoy Carbondale's weather and scenery. The weather is similar to my country, Korea, which made my feeling friendlier. In addition, Carbondale's people have nice smiles and I like the smiles. I can smile more often than before. Carbondale is safe and is a wonderful city for me. I am happy because I study in SIUC.
